  • Complete the submission process

Respond to Decision Letter

  • Carefully read the editor's decision and reviewer comments

  • If rejected, consider the feedback and submit to another journal

  • If revisions are requested:

    • Address all reviewer comments point-by-point

    • Make necessary changes to your manuscript

    • Write a detailed response letter explaining your revisions

Revise and Resubmit

  • Implement all changes in your manuscript

  • Highlight changes in the revised manuscript (e.g., track changes)

  • Submit your revised manuscript, response letter, and updated cover letter

  • The editor may make a decision or send for another round of review

Final Decision and Acceptance

  • Once your paper is accepted, carefully review the final proofs

  • Make any last minor corrections and approve the proofs

  • Organize signatures of any required copyright transfer or license agreements

Publication and Promotion

  • Share your publication through academic networks and social media

  • Create summaries and blurbs to increase viewership/readership
